I really didn't fancy having a go at this SIM using keyboard constantly. However, with this I will definitely download this game and give it a go. Your trigger accelerating when not being pressed was not because you need a deadzone, it's because you have it inverted. That means the input is full acceleration when you're not touching the trigger, and no acceleration when it's fully compressed. You need to change that to normal instead of inverted.

Looks like he's using an x360 controller. Google for x360ce, it will allow you to use virtually any controller to emulate an x360 controller with whatever mappings you like. I use this for all sorts of games and it works great :)

yeah, there is. you can buy a receiver for the xbox 360 wireless controller. or use a pc w/ bluetooth with ps3 controller and program called "Motion in joy"

The worst thing about gamepad controls in this game is the look sesitivity, its like driving with a neck brace, if you could only increase look sensitivity, it still feels a lot better to steer with the controller but looking about is a pain in the ass with the right analogue

Xbox360 controller users= SEE The CHROME CONTROLLERS ... they released the last year of the 360 lifecycle and are amazing.. the D-pad is much improved and it just responds better.. the biggest perk is they are awesome looking without too much BS clutering up the beauty.. *I got the Purple and Red but would love to collect all of em, but kinda expensive hobby for something not needed.. ive seen the Blue,,Black,Gold,, the black is like a metallic grey or smoke,, ~haven't seen green or others but they are at the used game store/game exchange for $15 bucks.
