Thanks for this great video. Very helpful. I have a slight issue.... my iron is rand new. Installed it today. The steam button makes noise when we press it, eventhough the water is coming down and the steam is coming out. Is this normal? should it make a slight noise or no noise at all? Thanks

Also if you just replaced your water bottle and you put on the iron but the steam switch is not bring out steam, what can be done?

Lastly, when you replace your water bottle and hose back onto your iron, you may experience an issue with air in the hose line. Make sure the water bottle valve is open, and continue to press on the microswitch on the iron to help push the air out of the line.

The red thing in the picture is an additional filter. Some irons come with it as well as a smaller hose. It is just an added precaution and not necessary for the iron to work.

Also when she said there should be no kinks in the hose, what does that mean? And what are kinks?

“No kinks” means to make sure there is no severe bends in the hose that would prevent the water from passing freely through it….
