I just went with the electric jack. I only hook up and unhook 1 time a day, and still I'm loving it. I just upgraded to a 8 gpm Honda machine from a 4. , and that's been a game changer too. Upgraded from a 150 gal ibc to a 275, and added a 12 gl marine gas tank. Next goals are a downstream remote and electric reels. Can't wait.

It serves a couple purposes average one is deterrence to south another purpose is in case of an accident God for bid the machines should stay on the trailer

Just when you think things are set up perfect you come up with a new idea LOL I try to keep things very simple and easy to work on but our business is getting very hectic and we will have to add on new equipment to our trailer. Trying to figure out where all the stuff needs to go but still keep the same size trailer is challenging

@@billydavidsonvip I can see that being an issue.

Relocate your dump valve up onto the horizontal pipe then add a short pipe out of the 90 elbow to help clear your buckets. Also using 92 or 93 octane gas helps the motors run cooler and stronger and that goes for any small gasoline motor. Good videos

Hey Billy great video once again! Check the boost valve in your pump. The spring may be broken, I had the same problems with losing pressure from a new machine. (Somethings you may want to try) Add you some 4x4’s maybe to get your tank higher than the pumps and try to get a straight Tee if you can to help with water restriction. On your dump valve or blow down add a detachable hose for “shower” use or to wash chemicals off. Great setup. I’m in the process of doing myself a build and these videos help to get a good idea of how to make sense of your setup so it can work efficiently for yourself. Thanks again

Don't forget about maintenance on the trailer. Those wheel bearings need to be greased. The brakes probably need adjusted. Check for wear on the suspension parts. I would suggest a maintenance log for both the truck and trailer. If there is ever an accident, it would really help if you can prove that the accident was not caused by lack of maintenance.

Yes it should be sufficient enough but I would definitely recommend a double axle trailer if you're going to travel with any amount of water in the tank

Hi Mr. Bill Davidson, Question - if I run a 5.5 gpm belt drive pressure washer and my buffer tank has a 3/4 water feed bulkhead would that be good enough for water? Or should I replace it with a 1 inch and use 1inch pipe? My brass water connector on my pressure washer is 1/2" mpt - 3/4". Should I also replace that to a 1/2" mpt - 1"? Any information will be grateful. Michael C - (WA)

I have seen different set ups that will use a three-quarter inch feedline but in my opinion a 1 inch is better if it's not too much trouble to change it out

do you use a 3/8 or 1/2 hose after the siamese kit for 16 gpm? i have 100 g tank, one belt drive 5.5 and direct drive 4 gpm. Planing to use the siamese kit, Is one line 1'' bulkhead enough to feed these machines or i need to install a 2'' line? I thought to install a second 1'' bulkhead. Thank you.

I have watched your videos and loved them and they have been very helpful and enlightening. I have just watched this video, and you are doing a rebuild of your trailer and requested some ideas about the color of your decking on the trailer. I would suggest yellow. Your sign on the side of your buffer tank is black and yellow so maybe try that on your next build, for color matching.
