How to set up a simple (but effective) BUS | Satisfactory

Today we build a bus that is not only easy to set up, but doesn't just stack belts upon belts to get the job done!
Satisfactory is a first-person open-world factory building game with a dash of exploration and combat. Play alone or with friends, explore an alien planet, create multi-story factories, and enter conveyor belt heaven!
Construct
Conquer nature by building massive factories across the land. Expand wherever and however you want. The planet is filled with valuable natural resources just waiting to be utilized. As an employee of FICSIT it’s your duty to make sure they come to good use.
Automate
Construct your factories with gracious perfection or build intricate webs of conveyor belts to supply all your needs. Automate trucks and trains to reach your faraway outposts and be sure to handle liquids properly by transporting them in pipes. It’s all about minimizing manual labour!
Explore & Exploit
Venture on expeditions to search for new materials and be sure to put everything to good use. Nature is yours to harvest! You have vehicles, jetpacks, jump pads and more at your disposal to make the exploration easier. Equip the proper safety gear as well, just in case you run into the local wildlife.

The reason foundations and walls take 2 clicks instead of one is you are in vertical and zoop build mode. switch to default build mode to one click place zoopable stuff one at a time..

I am curious where your main assembly facility is in this network. If i made this it would be two way, as i wouldn't have everything being produced right next to their resources, and having a much more centralized city style production. I think i would use this design in a two way configuration so things can go back up the line for use in other departments etc. I do like BUS utilization, but i also like having everything all in one large facility. That said, it has been a long time since i last played, and have been seeing updates added into the game that, from what i stopped playing at, has literally doubled the game as far as things to do.

If you go with a centralized production (I didn't) I think it makes sense to have a few different buses all leading towards the main facility, but from different directions. I'd still try to ensure the items are still processed as much as possible close to where they produced themselves, as there is little reason to move things around the map too much. That said, this design can easily be adapted to be two-way if that is what you need! (e.g. have one side go upsteam, and one downstream - this would actually make it even faster to construct as well as a bonus!)

Good question! In the next episode we'll have a central storage with a sink to fix that!

Yeah if you like belts to constantly move, sinks are your friend.

Bus builds in this game are a hassle 😹 its too much distance

As long as you keep it all running in one direction mega factories are pretty darn easy. The only gripe that I have is belt limitations later on.
