Overall a really helpful guide, and certainly better than nothing - I got no instructions with mine for some reason. Something I think needs adding is the emphasise to ensure jubilee clips are well and truly tightened, particularly on the two Camlock connections. Mainly because of the additional physical weight of the hoses, these can easily "push off" the ferruled sleeves when the system gets hot. Best place to nip these Jubilee clips up, because they are quite narrow, is in the "trough" between the ferrules, at the smallest diameter. You can tighten up to what seems normal, and then you might want to return and tighten a further 360 degrees or more when the hoses are warm/hot. If you look at where the hose normally abuts the Camlock ferrule when fully pushed on, you will get an easy indication here, because it's clearly visible if the hose is slowly being pushed off the ferrule.

Love your stuff Adey, but F*me that was painful to watch. Talk about patronising. I'm sure any "engineers" who will be buying your hardware will be more than capable of dipping a bit of rubber into a hot cup of water. Next you will be doing an in depth H&S guide to making a cup of tea..
