Brother you have to create the same event in GA4 too. Also, make sure the you keep on the settings of e-commerce tracking in GA4 too. Make sure you are tracking the right data layer variables in GTM.

No, with plug-in data will be started sending in forms of data layer. E-commerce data will not be tracked by itself by just installing the plug-in. The plug-in activated the data layer only. Based on the data layer and what data we want to transfer, we need to create tags, that’s why we are creating the tags.

Google has just changed the tags and merge them into Google Tags. You might have not placed the tags properly that’s why they are not firing. Please delete the e-commerce tag and reinstall it. If it still not work, write to [e-mail]
