Great device. I have a Roku Ultra, Chromecast with Google TV, and the Fire TV Max. I think this is my favorite device. It’s very zippy and smooth. I also love that it is so portable. I take it with me on vacation all the time and have no problem hooking it up at hotels or AirBnBs.

I purchased a Firestick for my Brother. I want to set it up for him with his information so when he gets it he can plug in and play. The only issue I see is I’ll be setting it up on my tv and my internet. Will he be able to change those setting bringing it to his house for his tv and internet settings ? This way the volume/ power and internet all work on his and not looking for my info? Thanks

Hey Mike, hope your day is going well ;) I just bought my first Firestick and am trying to connect it to my PC's bluetooth. Can't seem to make that happen. My firestick only see's my Headset or earbuds, Not my pc's bluetooth adapter. My PC doesn't see the stick and the stick doesn't see the pc. Stinks,lol. Only way I can listen to the stick is on my earbuds. Was curious if you have any suggestions? Been all over the net, youtube, can't find an answer. Thx for your time!

The antenna should have a round connector that goes to the ANT port on the tv. The antenna amplifier plugs into a wall outlet or a USB port on the tv. This leaves the HDMI port free for the fire stick. Probably overkill on the 4k max since the tv likely isn’t 4k, but no big deal. Hope this helps.

@@battureventyr9635 I don't know what you have now. But a Fire TV Stick connects to your TV and lets you stream content over the internet. It has a "hub" to help you discover free and paid apps.

I have a problem with 2 new 3rd gen firesticks I purchased on prime day. The problem is the firesticks work however the remotes that came with each one for some reason are not pairing with the firesticks (remotes are the one with the netflix, hulu, disney, and amazon button on bottom). But the old 2nd gen controllers I have work after pairing. Do you know why this is? And yes the new remotes light up and batteries are fresh they just are not pairing even after holding the home button for 10 seconds and longer. Any help would be appreciated

@sidneysmith5411 hey honestly I did fix it myself. However, I can't remember what I did. I think I either did a factory reset using the 2nd gen controllers or I think it had something to do with me using the login in credentials to my firestick. I think they remembered the old controllers so I had to delete those off the firestick in settings devices and then I was able to sync the new ones. Hopefully that helps as it was a year ago lol
