Great video dude. One thing you didn’t mention that I found out the hard way is that your ps5 headset with chat link will record everyone in chat expect you. So you need to buy an external USB mic to connect to your Mac for OBS to pick up your voice. A mic similar to the blue yet mic he showed in the video should work. Thanks for the video!

I have it set up perfectly. I get the PS5 audio to my OBS but not my headset audio. BUT if I open PS5 audio settings THEN I see my audio bar move and OBS audio moving when I talk. BUT once I close the PS5 audio settings no more audio gets to OBS. so weird.

hey @@AbrahamGomez22 turns out the dongle i was using is only for party chat. so it was a user (me) error.

I followed all of these steps but when I add video capture the capture card is not even an option to click on. I know for a fact it's connected correctly because when I open elgato game capture icon I can see my video. Please help 🙏🏾

This does not work at all. Doesn't have sound in OBS for Mac m1. Do not waste your time buying this capture card if you have M1
