We haven't. The Roadmaster Active Suspension is designed to be pretty much a vehicle specific item. They don't design it for use on a trailer. The spacer is only required for the half ton trucks only. Thats from the manufacturer.

@ 2:07 you show a standard f150 leaf pack(1leaf 1 polymer over load) and at 5:17 you show the road active suspension installed to a max tow f150 with (2 leafs and 1 steel overload) so what made the improvement? The road active suspension or the max tow ?

Both clips are of the Tremor which always has the max tow package. The first clip just gives the illusion that it's a single lead due to the camera angle. If you look at the tires and spare tire in both clips they have the Tremor ATX tires

I noticed the same thing. You can tell how thick that composite overload is.....and the lack of the second standard leaf. I thought I was finally going to get the answer about putting this system on the composite spring.

Why did you need the spacer block on the bump stop? Does it come with the spring kit?

I've never seen an install video of these before that added a spacer.

Does it help with axle wrap

It certainly does, it eliminates axle wrap, wheel hop, and bottoming out. It also reduces dangerous sway and body roll while cornering. It will also help keep your ride level when towing or hauling a heavy load and improve traction while breaking and accelerating. Does it raise the rear of the truck from stock height when a trailer is not hooked up?

@@etrailer Not true. I just installed them. Raised the rear at the wheels 1.5"
