@@Shopifywithnoop If by agent you mean companies to help you register an LLC in the US, then read this article appscenic.com/how-to-incorporate-a-company-in-the-usa-for-your-dropshipping-business/ as we recommend some companies at the end. To get started, you should probably use Northwest to incorporate the company (probably cheapest and fastest), and then use Incfile (now bizee.com) to obtain the EIN because they are cheaper and faster than others. For non US citizens it can take up to 90 days to obtain an EIN. With Incfile, from our experience, it takes only around 4 weeks.

@@appscenic okay thank you man. Means a lot. I’ll go through your blog and go for the best option as you suggested. But again if I go with northwest for incorporation and bizee for EIN, wouldn’t that cost me a lot more, cause It would be more easier and cost friendly if I could just select one of the companies to do everything, from LLC registration to Getting EIN for banking and stuff. What would you suggest in cases as such?

@@Shopifywithnoop No, it would cost you cheaper to use different companies for different services. As said above, Northwest is probably the cheapest for company incorporation, but their EIN service costs $200. At the same time, Bizee incorporation fee is higher, but their EIN service is only about $60. So, by using both platforms for different things, you will obtain the best price overall. However, if you prefer to use one company to handle everything for you, that's up to you.

When it comes to drop shipping store, US customers will buy if they see website is UK based LLC not US based LLC? Purchase decision??

The customer doesn't have any problem with that as long as you state very clearly where the item is shipped from and what is the shipping time.

From our experience ecommerce customers care about things like shipping time, shipping cost, how easy it is to return a product, is the return free or not, and so on. It's not that important for them if the company is registered in the UK and it's actually selling and delivering to the USA (this is just an example). Most of the customers don't even check where the company is incorporated but we can tell you one thing, your dropshipping business won't last more than a couple of months without an incorporated company.

@Daniel Giurca Yes to both of your questions. You can use a company registered in Romania but you can get into a lot of trouble and some customers might avoid buying from you. Use an US LLC - that's your solution :).

Hey there, great insight, but you guys left me confused, because according to another major US dropship service: I as an European resident, doing dropship e-commerce with US based Dropship suppliers (them) I don't need to create any LLC or pay taxes in the us etc... I just need to do my dilligence with my country's Tax agency and have my company or business license setup in my country... So who's right, who's worng here? Appreciate any clarification. Best!

@@sergiogabrieldu It's not only about taxes here. If you want to dropship long-term, you must incorporate a US company. Even if you are using Aliexpress to dropship your products, you still need an LLC. No serious domestic supplier will ever work with you without an LLC and/or an EIN number. Also, it's just a matter of time before Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, Facebook, etc. will suspend your accounts if you run your business as a person and not as a company. All these companies are now much stricter with dropshipping stores. With that being said, we always say in the end, to take advice only from experts.
