How to Setup a Zebra Thermal Printer eBay and Amazon

I feel like you guys here to answer my questions or something because last time I was looking for way to pack stuff to send to FBA and you guys had a video for it. Now I'm stuck with how to print FBA label with Zebra and you guys have another video showing it. Awesome. I know how print Fedex shipping label with Zebra thermal printer without any 3rd party software what so ever. Really easy. 1st: Just hit PRINT shipping label from Ebay. 2nd: Save it to your computer, choose PDF format. 3rd: Open the shipping label file you just saved. It will be opened in Adobe Reader. 4th: Hit Print there. Choose your Zebra printer. Landscape and make sure to uncheck "Choose paper source by PDF page size" 5th: In Custom Scale, enter 75% or any number that you see your shipping label within the printing area (highlight) on the right Document. That's it, hit Print again and you can print your Fedex shipping label with your Zebra printer. Hope I'm not too confusing :D. P/S: I bought a bunch of packing stuff from your link from the other video. I think that's the best way to say thank you to your hard work.

When I print labels off eBay they come out grainy and fuzzy. Anyone know the solution to this?

Thank you for the video, I have watched it a few times to make sure I was doing everything correct. I have an LP2844 and was having all sorts of problems with the printer drivers for Win 7, I finally got my FBA item labels to print through Firefox, I am still having problems with Chrome, the java settings I found out later had to be changed in chrome to get it to stop forwarding me to the Java update website. On another note, I also found out that if you are having problems printing your shipping labels on Ebay, there is a setting in your PayPal account that you have to change to set your printer to the Zebra LP2844 on the Paypal site. That was something I had not known or heard anywhere before, I just wanted to throw in my two cents, thank you guys for all the great info you provide on youtube for all the FBA and Ebay sellers!

Idk how it was 3-4 years ago, but I just got a Zerba printer and works fine with Firefox. And Amazon doesn't have those options anymore. I can't select a printer at least.

just for anyone who like to keep moving. When he opens the print with dialog window for the Ebay label you don't have to do that. When on chrome just go below the print button where it says pages then there will be a check in the all right below that there is a selected box that you can type in. just click in that box and hit the 1 now print. moves a little faster save a step

And WHY is Priority shipping through USPS requiring an entire different format? If I use pink envelopes vs white envelopes I have fount that my 'forever' stamps work on both. Is there a simple explanation for different label sizes for different selling sites? When I box in my garage, the item does not know what site I listed it on and sold it.

i really like the video, i am new to the zebra printers, but wanted to step up and get one. I primarily use usps, which brought me to this video. i downloaded this program you recomended, but i dont see the zp 450 on the list when i went to set it up. upon other searches. all i can see is setups for ups...did i mess up and buy the wrong kind of printer? can the 450 not be used for usps? thank you in advance for any help

Can you tell me if when setting the Zebra up for staic ip, can you just do it from the setup utilities, or do you have to do it from the zebra screen? How is it set, I mean, it is like this000.000.000.000so if your ip (for example) was 192.168.1.1 would it read (on the screen) 192.168.001.001?Is that the correct format when setting the ip on the screen? OR can you just do it from setup utilities?

I have a ZDesigner GK420t and when I go to Paypal or ebay for printing it doesn't have that printer on the dropdown list, do you know a compatible printer set up for ZDesigner GK420t . I got this as a gift but I don't know how to set it up for Paypal/Ebay

I didn't have to use Chrome to access the 'System dialog' for printing. Firefox works fine. Maybe the problem is launching FF from the Metro side instead of from the Desktop side? I don't know. I using Win 10 and FF works just fine. I launch from a Desktop icon.

How do you print fedex labels on ebay with a zp 505? Post office labels print fine, but fedex labels come out a fraction of the size of the 4 x 6 paper.

What if i want to print on labals with no gap?? I have a roll of continuous labal material that i want to print to. How do i get it to print without calibrating? I set it to continues tracking in the settings but it just flashes green and wont print. If i press the feed button it just spits the whole roll out until i turn it off....

set it on the driver, also you printer has to be able to print with continuous label roll

Dan Hall You need to update your Java on your computer, I was having the same problem.

Just load it in and when you print you change the settings there. Play with different numbers till it comes out correctly.

I'll give it a shot, but I'm really not sure what you mean... so, the printer will automatically tell the computer what size the labels are and they will print out accordingly?

Thanks so much for always putting out great advice and tips! Since the Zebra isn't really in my budget at this time, even a used one, I was wondering how to print the bar codes using a laser printer. I'm somewhat clueless here but I'm thinking that if 1 label at a time automatically prints, how does that work when you have a sheet of labels?

for amazon, wait until you get close to 30 (depends on what labels you use), and you can print one sheet at a time. the label makers would come in handle if you just need to print a few labels but a laser printer can do a sheet of them easily enough.

I hit print and nothing happens. Same thing for stupid regular wifi HP photosmart printer most of the time. Or it will finally print 2 hours later. I have a new mac. New printers. I swear I need a personal IT person to follow me around 24/7. If a computer is going to do something stupid that nobody has ever seen before it will happen to me.
