Okay, so my problem is that I have to manually connect to Bluetooth every time I turn it off and on again. I'm using it with Galaxy S8+. And I updated to latest firmware.

The huge problem with Genie is that on an iPhone it uses H264 in a Quicktime container (an outdated format) so all audio and video is out of sync. The iPhone Camera app and all other third party gimbal apps use H264 in an mp4 container so everything is perfectly in sync.

I love this gimble, however, I find when walking about, my gimble slowly aims my camera towards the ground. I'm constantly having to use the joystick to aim it upwards again. Also, when in Portrait mode, the bottom of the phone keeps hitting the gimble arm. Otherwise, this gimble is awesome. I am using it with a Samsung S21 Ultra. (I previously bought a DJI mini 4, and a Zyhion (not sure of spelling). Neither one worked with my S21 Ultra OR my old S10 phones, at all...)

Thank you for the in-depth review. I recently acquired the Moza Mini MX (in Australia). It does pair with my Google Pixel 3, but the Genie app does not want to connect the gimbal with my phone. The prompt tells me that my system needs updating. I presume it is talking about my phone system. But when I check for updates on my phone it tells me that my system is indeed up-to-date (Android 12). Can you help me understand what is going on? Do I need to uninstall the Genie app and work the gimbal with the native camera app? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You can skip this process, do not need to register. With your phone's Bluetooth on, and open the MOZA Genie app, your gimbal can sense your phone within the range, click connect then you can use it.

My mobile phone Modle is Realme 3 pro also known as RMX 1815. My phone's stock camera does support 1080p 60fps recording but the app on my phone does not have the option of 1080p 60fps.
