Have a little question: when the Shop is finally running and i decide to add new attributes for existing Products and existing categories, could that cause Problems for Magento after words? I feel like the backend connections from the specific attributes could be not fully integrated when it happens after "being finished". Because u integrate new attributes to an existing set, within existing Products and magento have to kind of refresh a whole attributset with the full product list.

Yep. You can add new attributes and attribute sets whenever you want, without any downtime. In fact, I'd consider that task a standard day-to-day operation when listing new products.

This title is very misleading. I should say that multi sub-domains, how to set multi domains means to have saperate domain name for each store with different domain name instead of having same sub domain name from root domain.
