Just got a Versa2 and am connecting to iPhone X - but I don't see the 'always on' options in settings like your video shows. I'm also unable to 'send' text messages. I receive - but only have the option to clear them after reading. Does this require additional setup? I've tried rebooting my phone - but still have the same problems.

Any knowledge on why having versa on Android had more features than with iOS. Such as replying to texts, Using Alexa without fit bit app open on phone. Sleep tracking not tracking on iPhone but tracks on android. Ect

The core functions of the watch will still work and you will still have connectivity through the app but some things like notifications may not work the way you want

That's odd it should be able to be paired with just about any android phone, I would say try re-adding it thought the fitbit app and if you still having issues, shoot them a message on their support forum

Sure, give this a try Inside of the Fitbit app, go to Account >Versa >Notifications Select App Notifications In this tab, you must toggle on notifications for What's app Apps are added to this list after they have sent notifications to your phone already.

Hi You can try On your iphone go to Settings => Notifications => Messages => Show Previews => Always then: Setting => Notifications => Show Previews => When Unlocked Sync the fitbit in app one more time also check - Under the Bluetooth settings and after the"i" button is clicked by Versa 2, Share System Notifications is on - All notifications are on in the fitbit app under Versa 2 settings - Notifications are shared with Versa 2. Confirmation should pop-up when connecting the Versa 2 to the phone. (I ‘forgot the device‘ under Bluetooth settings and re-paired the Versa 2) Hopefully that works for you

There could be a few reasons why you are not receiving text messages on your Fitbit Versa 2. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue: Make sure your phone is within range of your Fitbit device. The Fitbit Versa 2 uses Bluetooth to connect to your phone and receive notifications, so it needs to be within range of your phone in order to receive text messages. Check that the notification settings for your Fitbit app are correct. Open the Fitbit app on your phone and go to the 'Account' tab, then tap on your device and select 'Notifications'. Make sure that the toggle for text messages is turned on. Restart your Fitbit device. To do this, press and hold the button on the side of the device for about 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This will restart your device and may help resolve any issues with receiving notifications. Check that your phone's notification settings are correct. Go to the 'Settings' app on your phone and select 'Notifications'. Make sure that the toggle for text messages is turned on and that your phone is set to display notifications for text messages. If you have tried all of these steps and are still having trouble receiving text messages on your Fitbit Versa 2, it may be helpful to contact Fitbit support for further assistance. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and determine the cause of the problem.

@@URTechInsight Thank you. I tried all that myself and with Fitbit and nothing has worked yet. In the process of sending them screenshots of my Fitbit setting so they can try to figure out what’s going on. Luckily I believe I have warranty on it so if need be I may just return it and get a new one. Thank you!
