What an amazing package. I was today's years old found about ground plane in vuforia. May I know, is it possible to output multiple different objects in the mid air instead of duplicate the same object?

Great video! Got it working no problem but I was wondering how can you add multiple of the same item without duplicating the stage? I noticed after multiple drops the performance drops drastically.

Hey Dilmer, You seem to be deep in the matter and maybe you can help me put here.: I am looking for some Tool/NN/whatever/Software that can detect and give me the position and rotation of up to 3 objects in the FOV of an RGB Camera. The position could be relative to some marker, the camera or "real world". I think I can figure that out later in Unity. I want to use this information in a mixed reality setup with the Oculus Quest II inside Unity. So it either has to be a tool like Vuforia, or a .onnx exportable Neural Net, or something easy to reproduce in OpenCV. Do you think Vuforia is the right tool for something like that? I've been searching for quite some time, but most tools seem to be only for Andriod/iOS. Thank you for any ideas!

Hi Dilmer, I love your tutorials. Is it possible to scan objects and create a hologram directly with the HoloLens? Could you make a tutorial on this?

Marvin great question but currently this is not possible, you can get spatial awareness but for scanning an object with textures you would need a 3rd party app.

Plane detection can help you with tracking floors or walls, shoe try you can look into Vuforia advanced model targets.

This only runs natively on the device or through their webcam emulator in Unity

To be honest I am not sure, I haven't seen anything from Vuforia stating that it is supported but if I hear anything I will let you and the community know. Great question, best to you.

Take a look at this list and verify the graphics API you are using when deploying developers.google.com/ar/devices

Awesome Stuff, I am using a Markerless AR, I was able to place spawn the object on floor upon tap, but I would like to restrict the object to the location when I first tapped the object and not relocated the object everytime I touch the screen. how to go about it?

You could add a script that handles this, capture whether or not someone placed an object, if they did then do not move the object around.

Can you make sure that you have “Google Play Services for AR” installed play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.ar.core also try installing an AR app from the store to make sure your support currently runs augmented reality apps.

They have a developer license but you can only publish to your device during development, it doesn’t allow you to publish to the store unfortunately. The next version available is basic which you can find more info about it at www.ptc.com/en/products/vuforia/vuforia-engine/pricing
