I was in tears after trying to follow a pattern with horrid directions last night and completely ruining the sleeves I'm working on. After getting some more fabric this morning, I found this video and I feel much less intimidated. The music helped calm my brain down as well. I can do this! Thank you!

Gosh, same here. Trying to follow the awful directions on a pattern and messed it up too. This is a butterick pattern too.

Thank you again. You are such a treasure as a teacher. Very clear. You are showing us lots of great habits for professional looking garments. That folding trick instead of clipping?! Wow.

I've been contemplating a shirt pattern, but the cuffs are intimidating. This is just what I needed! I'm just starting to sew and your videos I've been a wonderful help.

I'd love to see this tutorial done with the cuffs being a contrast color. The all-white fabric makes the visuals a bit difficult to follow at times, but this is still the best tutorial I've ever encountered for sleeves cuffs!

I tried this and was so confused at first and got the biggest headache, but after I calmed down, I realized that I just didn’t see the vision cuz my spatial awareness sucks! But this works! 🎉🎉🎉 Thanks!

wish can get slower.. 0:48. No sudden jump up to the next step but continuing to do it will be fantastic ....1:42. wish can be more clear, no cut in scene at 2:20. Have to figure out on my own, sew the front side or back side and fold..3:16.

Thanks so much for the love! We cannot recall all the titles of the music as my hubby picks favourites randomly! But we know the first one. The title is Broken Bowl!
