how to shoot a card out of the MIDDLE of a deck

This utility/flourish works amazingly for revealing thought of cards, producing Aces and just plain showing off. If you haven't thought of it already, why not have the spectator touch the deck to make the card shoot out of the deck? It's surprising, magical and just plain cool.
