In today’s video, we will talk specifically on how to show your relationship proof for Spousal Sponsorship/Spousal Visa - Canada through PHOTOGRAPHS. I will share my experience and discuss how many photos I showed to sponsor my wife and how I detailed the information about each photo.

They clearly specify maximum of 20 photographs. Why send 130 when they'd just throw out the rest?

If you prefer saving paper more than strengthening you application, then sure you can ahead with only 20 photos. Speaking of my experience, I got positive result with sharing 130 photos and did not affect my app in any negative way. However, its your own personal choice, sometimes even 20 photos are able to give a better proof of relationship than a pile of 130. I'd recommend choose quality over quantity. Numbers don't really matter here.

4 photos sounds enough. Anymore than that and it looks crammed. Just keep them all equal sizes so you have enough space for the description.

Query Related to Online Application (PR Picture): Can you please let us know if a PR Photo with 50mm wide & 70mm Height (591*827 Pixels) having 300 Resolution (Pixel per Inch) is good to go with it? Also, Should it be in JPG format or Scanned copy in PDF? Also, if one is going for JPG Format than how to add details of photographer (Address, Name etc.)

Thanks brother for your videos.Basing on your experience ,i applied for spousal process and here is my breakdown process so far.I recieved AOR1 then after got am email to pay RPRF ,then after my file was transfered to VO in London Ottawa,then after i recieved AOR2 from London Visa office UK and then a medical request for my son.For me i did an upfront medical.I have not heard from them again.Since June 7th when they sent me a medical request letter for my son.What should be the next step now,do you think i am on right tracker.

Hi Ali, to have a better idea on which step your file is currently at, you can order GCMS notes through internet. Such notes provide a detailed explanation of what's been done and what's coming up. Looking at your app, looks like you should give it a little more wait and keep having updates from IRCC on a regular basis in the meantime.

You can but it will be too congested. I would suggest you to go with the physical photos or else go with around 4 photos each page

I have laid more focus on quality than quantity. It does not really has to be more than a 100 photos. Just pick the best ones that are relevant to the application even if they are more than 20. Because everything ends up getting trashed anyways.

I had the same concern but here the problem was they needed certified translation and it could be done by certified translation agency only so I searched online and found (Certified Translation India) online, they did a perfect job and provided the scans within 2 days

Students and work permit holders cannot sponsor their spouse for a PR but can sponsor them for a visitor visa.

You may apply under the Conjugal relationship. I'll suggest you to contact an immigration professional to ensure you are submitting all the required proofs

Thanks bro. For the photos, try putting 2 photos each page because you'll need some space for the description. It doesn't necessarily all has to be in 20 pages. Please verify that with an immigration consultant. My wife had no employment history so we did not submit any such papers. But you can talk to a IC for info on that.
