Size of hands dont matter. Theres videos of a guy with no hands performing more advanced shuffling and these shuffles in this video. Work up your hand and finger muscles through repetitive motion and you'll get the hang of it.

I'm assuming this is for the Faro. The trick is to not put too much pressure while weaving the cards. Try to get the first few cards to weave and the rest will follow. Again, don't put too much pressure. Just a gentle push from your index finger on the top packet.

my parents taught me the first shuffling when i was 5 when we were playing card game called "prší" and because i couldnt shuffle cards back then they taught me a very basic way to shuffle. This way edit: my friends (before i watched this) when they saw me shuffle for the first time (as nearly NEVER anyone here plays card games) they watched in amazement (if they never watched me shuffle)

yeah I've never done much of anything with cards and the last one caught my eye, I want to impress my daughter. :) I've been trying for a while now and it's hard to maintain structure in each half after bringing it around, then getting them to somewhat faro is killing the inside of my index from all the pressure. lol I've been trying different finger positions and even trying to twittle my baby finger a bit on the edge to make them mesh together. I think Rich should do a detailed tutorial on that one - if he hasn't already... I'll check. :)
