I started watching your videos to learn how to get back into shape after chemotherapy and now i can dance almost as smoothly as i did before i got sick. I try so hard but i can't do that, why? I get tired and lose my balance, and the movements can not make it so fluid. It makes me jump, what do you advise me to do?
@mihrantv6 жыл бұрын
The step takes time. Also you need to work you way to speed. It's not going to happen right away.
@thelosttraveler58086 жыл бұрын
Ok thank you very much

Do it in steps, don't have to be fluid from the start.

Instead of using socks try using some comfy shoes/sneakers :) so then it wouldn’t be so slippery? You feel me?
@SarahMariLucas6 жыл бұрын
Yes, I will try with my sneakers but they don’t have a flat bottom to them like converses do. Thanks for the tip!
@seemashinde28196 жыл бұрын
Artsy Sarah it should be done only by wearing flexible sneakers
