Hello I do team training on Friday and Wednesday what days should I train and what should I train

Stick to 2 full body workouts per week. The day after a game and on the day of a difficult football session. Earlier in the week is better so on game days you are recovered.

Strength & Power. Your probably getting enough conditioning work at your team trainings. Power can include plyometrics, sprinting (short & long), ballistic throws, olympic lifts. We recommend starting any power session off with some sort of extensive prep work to load the tendons and specific joints so pogo jumps, med ball bounce throws. Extensive tends to be rhythmic. Structure your session with warmup (foam rolling, activation, mobility, prep intensive work), Power, Strength.
