Yes! That works fine. Then you can skip a long warmup because you'll already be prepped!

I've noticed in your videos specifically with Plyometrics that there isn't much lateral movement (ex. lateral bounds). Is there a reason for this or are you doing this in a separate session?

Aside from the sound, this is a great video tutorial on how to strike the ball, from a dead ball. It really applies to defenders as well imho, who will find themselves taking free kicks in their own half and it would be great to be able to use this technique for the longer ball.
