When I want a quick bibimbap, I sauté mushrooms, beef a bit of spinach and pre shredded carrots in a pan. I add mungbean sprouts. The heat of the other ingrientens and rice cooks it instantly. And then mix it haha sometimes I cook them all together sometimes one by one. It’s really quick too.

I travelled long ways just to get the ingredients in my country but its so worth it …I even get some roasted sweet potatoes and some waffle field with cream on it and other waffle with red beans … I can buy bibimbap in some Korean resto here but I love eating them many times so thank you so much for sharing this recipe to us. It would have been easier for you to mix the bibimbap in a bigger bowl. Overall, a much healthier version as compared to frying the meat, and the steaming of vegetables certainly helps to keep the nutrients intact...

If u make the whole thing ahead it's fine to microwave all together. Or if u microwave just the rice, sprinkle a few drops of water over it then loosely cover before heating it. It'll taste pretty good!
