I love all the dishes in this set but my favorite is the TOFU. It's so good! And a tip for easy removal of honey from a spoon: Measure the sesame oil first. The honey and other liquids will slide out easily.

Tip for skimming broths: Put your ladle in the freezer for like 30 mins, then when you scoop just use the bottom of the ladle and have a few ice cubes in the ladle. The scum will actually stick to the ladle because it's cold on hot.

It's not a new idea. It is traditional in Korean to have 1 main course in the middle and plenty of bancha or side dishes. More the better. It's meant to share with family and add variety and tastes.

The tofu recipe was perfect. I made it vegan by substituting mushroom sauce for the oyster sauce. But your quantities were perfect, I didn't have to adjust anything. Thank you so much. This is a great addition to my lunch box rotation.

I JUST made braised tofu for the first time today, right before you uploaded this! Used another recipe for the sauce that I found on youtube but it was pretty much the same as this and super tasty. It's possibly my new favorite thing to make. So easy, low effort, you just fry the tofu and mix the sauce and leave it all alone.
