You should try the spiral bobby pins!! They replace ten bobbys and I use them for all my buns and updos!

Yes! I didn't have enough bobby pins on hand though, so I just kept the braid down, but that also looked super cute and I got a ton of compliments. Thank you so much for the tutorial! This has definitely become one of my go-to hairstyles!

4:56 but how do u simply just bobby pin that? it's a thick plait and I have tried doing something like this before and bc it's thick, the bobbly pins won't hold it :( i have prom coming up in 2 days

Oh no! Okay, if your braid is too thick try to use strong clips instead of bobby pins. They will be hidden so you can totally get away with it. There are small clips with teeth that would definitely hold it in place for you. I hope that helps.

Alex Gaboury I brush it out and braid one braid in back and roll it up on a coated wire, which makes a tidy bun in the back. I usually only do my hair every other day while in the shower. I'm not lazy, I'm tender headed. lol
