I practiced them today, they helped me a lot, and I noticed that my voice moves better on high notes (Eflat 5 to F5). I can go up to D5 with easy, but then I really need to focus on the pitch, but sometimes those high notes come naturally. I don't know my voice type, but I have really high and low notes (G2 to F5)

As you sing higher, make sure your support system is working in your favour! The "witches cauldron stir" exercise works wonders. Keep up the good work!

Let me know if this is okay/simply unique to my voice. I can do lip trills but my tendency is to immediately release and transition into falsetto from chest voice when I use it to slide up and down in my range and I struggle A LOT to use it for a smaller transition like below my primo passaggio to above my secondo passaggio in full voice. For me, a hum with space in the back of the mouth feels much better to practice any transition to any degree within my voice, there's a lot more overall flexibility with it than with lip or tongue trill.

Voice types can be tricky - don't worry about them too much. Just sing what music feels most comfortable to you!

I cannot do them no matter how many voice teachers I've had.
