How McDavid starts is huge. My hockey coaches as a kid had us all start off from the goal line the same way during skating drills. All skating drills out of corners as well. I thank my early coaches for teaching me how to skate. It's something people have always complimented me on. My hands not until recently as of late. Takes 20+ years, I guess 😅. I'm a playmaker anyway. Let's go, Oilers!

it’s crazy how much better of a skater i’ve become just from watching these videos… shorts make it easy too .. heel pressure shin angle rocker corkscrew y angle etc are all things i tried on a whim and it actually worked. and the feeling is insane. you feel like you got super speed all the sudden. i got a nice pair of skates too so it makes it easy. definitely a stronger more balanced skater ! thanks :)
