Great tutorial and very helpful. In a day I could do the technique by following your tutorial. Appreciate if you create tutorial video on another boxer step: side-to-side. I saw some boxers doing this and have been trying to emulate but still unable to do so. Hahahaha Thank you

This is really a technique for one leg at a time, but both need to be raised off the ground to pass the rope.
