Very resourceful video! Took lots of good tips and implemented them into my daily habits. Hey there's also mouthtaping too. A technique for more restful and restorative sleep.

Glad it was helpful! Do you notice improvements with mouthtape? I've tried it once or twice but not enough to quantify

@@PropaneFitness Yes I notice a difference, I wake up less groggy and find that I have more dreams weirdly enough, maybe my sleep cycles aren't being disrupted as much. I think it's most effective for people who naturally breathe through there mouth at night, snore or have sleep apnoea/upper airway resistance syndrome.
