If I want to use this tool to speed some parts of my animation, with the tool I can avoid the decimals keys? Every time I try to make faster my animation some keys always get into the decimals

After I retime things I always go back and snap the key poses to land on whole frames. But yeah, stretching timelines and things always results in decimals.

No keyboard keys, you just double click on the screen to create a marker, and then you click and drag the markers
