Hey Matt how do you avoid practicing the wrong thing. I've heard so much garbage in my life regarding swing mechanics and other aspects of the game. How do you practice the right thing do you can perform as consistently as possible. I swear one day I'll be destroying the baseball and the very next day I'll be hitting aweful.
