Great points. Don’t rush, don’t force yourself. Change speed, manipulate your defender, allow him to make mistakes and then take advantage. 👍

I needed this, i always get ahead of myself when i try to play hard. But slowing down the game down is actually what allows you to play physical and hard without commiting dumb turnovers and bad shots. Think jokic for example

Thanks bro. This was my biggest problem. I’m natural really fast and quick, but I think I overused my speed, plus my jump shot wasn’t good enough so they’d sag off me. I’m starting to knock them down now too. Mastering change of pace will help me be able to make better use of my speed. Anybody else have this same problem before?

@aslee25384 жыл бұрын
probably the best way is to show them that you can play dirty too shove them a couple times, may not work but sometimes it gets the opponent to stop being so aggressive and malicious. If it don't work then i guess you just go for more jumpshots

U gotta have good dribble moves to do this but do a hesi spun move to the paint it makes them look dumb then there gonna be scared to get aggressive then u can get more pull up jumpshots also those kind of players are the worst to play against

Thanks, but I have another question. How do I utilize my skills in game. I've always had pretty good ball handling, shooting, and also defense but now that im on a team, i feel like a liability. I pass too much and i'm not confident. So what should I do

@@Ethan_Sy653 I feel you, the thing is you stay you're comfort zone during games, you cant do that. The same happens with me and I am trying really hard to change that. You stay in your comfort zone because you're afraid of making mistakes and getting called on by others. The thing is if you stay in in your comfort zone you will be mediocre forever, so you just gotta put your big boy pants and work through this. Get out of your confort zone And this is not easy, by any means, it will be extremely difficult but once you make it trough you WILL reap the benefits Keep practing, keep shooting and working out the most you can and just when you play stop being comfortable!
