ya pase por todo los puertos y nada cuando le da su gana es que coloca el DNS y se activa en linea y avece muestra DN dice Inactivo no deja ver por el movil

When you change your internet service provider, please reboot your device, But make sure your device network setting have enable dhcp options

Hai bro, I have a problem. I am a technician. 32channel nvr connected with 25cameras 5mp and 6cameras 8mp. Everything working fine. Live view mobile fine. When looking for playback on mobile. It loads the playback but not streaming. Response "streaming media sending or accepting signaling timed out". Live view very fine no buffering at all. Internet speed download speed 80mbps upload speed 70mbps. Is it because of not enough net speed? If so, how do I calculate required wifi internet speed for cctv mobile view? anyone please reply.

First, try using local access adding by ip address, then try to playback. Still same or not. If the same case, maybe any problem with your Harddisk, but if can playback properly, I think you can access your nvr via publik ip / ddns with port forwarding

@@hikconnect TV has directly connected to nvr via hdmi. All okey. Playback okey. When switch to mobile data. Playback sometimes somewhat okey. But through wifi failing to stream playback. You mean access locally via browser through ip?..

You can obtain ip address by Dhcp Mode, and make sure your device get ip address from router automatically
