Sous vide asparagus should be arranged in a single layer in a vacuum seal bag. When you cook it bunched up in a ziplock bag, the asparagus in the middle of the bunch doesn't get cooked as much as the asparagus on the outside of the bunch.

I give the cooking temperature and time both in the video and in the description underneath the video. In the video, it’s at the 5:34 mark. Maybe you didn’t watch the whole thing? But to make it even easier, asparagus cooks at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
