How to Sow Tomato Seeds

I'm starting a vegetable garden as a new hobby for me and my daughters. Do you grow and tend to cherry tomatoes the same as regular tomatoes?

That’s great! There’s not much difference except I don’t prune cherry tomatoes that much. They still need airflow towards the bottom, but they ripen so much faster they can have many more branches.

Hehe - The very first thing I personally have to do before planting any small seeds is to cut my fingernails. I've thought I'd planted seeds and then found them stuck under my nails instead of in the soil. I checked my tomato seeds on Friday and two containers have tiny green starts showing. Yes, I probably overseeded as well. Wish there was a way not to do that. Here's to everyone having a bumper crop of yummy tomatoes!
