Justin Cooper discusses the significance of spacing plants properly for optimal growth and highlights common mistakes made by growers, such as overcrowding, which can lead to issues like mold and light penetration problems. He emphasizes the importance of spacing plants adequately to promote healthier growth and easier management. Justin introduces techniques like "knuckling" to maintain an even canopy and advises against over-defoliation. He stresses the importance of cleanliness in plant maintenance and suggests that proper spacing and maintenance can lead to healthier plants and increased profitability for growers.

Removing buds that are not in the light increases the amount in the top. Thats why for me defoliation so light can pass the big heads and shine onto lower heads will help in yield. And u will see if u let the plant grow long enough wich leaves u shouldhave taken out since they will be those who yellow first comes end to flower. Plants talk to you over their whole life if u know how to listen. 😊 Love your videos learned a lot from you too.

I had actually "knuckled" a pant once.... by accident. It was with Purple Punch. Her fat, heavy, buds got one to bend over when I was moving her just a little. The bud did a 90, and to my surprise, finished with the rest of the plant with no deviation in quality or size. She was 6 wks in at the time, so I was impressed that she "repaired" her knuckle, yes it got strong like a regular branch, and then she finished just fine. Thanks for sharing this with those who don't know about it.

S.o.g. is a viable method of growing though. Putting 50 fresh clones in 1gal pots on a 4x4 tray, veg a week, and flip... completely valid growing method. Or you could grow 1 plant to fill a 4x4 and just veg it a couple months.

Supercroping is a very old Shoe! 😊 nice 2 see ... the right strech (out-strech) depends on the (corect) "18/6 : 12/12 Average" so if u know ur genetic ... and u know if that / how much: indica or sativa %tual ... u can send it in to flowerperiode perfectly timing. on a mostly sativa ... better u hold grwoth-time short around 10days. on a indica u can pull out more growth-time ... cause the strech is automatically lower after the flower-periode switch. today we are in a really Hybrid-Boom. normally. on start of 2000 gen-pool was not so overcrossd. i dont like toping or super.cropping so much. better u switch right and have (technical) enuf distance to overlights. thanks for this video! stay healthy and happy ... greetings from Germany ... The common thing I see is a bunch of different strains that taste all the same from nutrients used. Why even have different names? It all just taste like crappy cookies. These strains might actually be good but the nutrient taste says bottom of the barrel. Then the buzz isn't there. I don't care what thc % it says if it don't smell good then it aint. Stopped by dispo crap and went back to the home growers. At least there stuff taste like the strain is suppose too.

This is just your opinion. And the way you like to grow. And that is fine. I always say, when asked. The best way to grow is what works for you. And another question should be why are you growing. Are you growing just for personal use. Or are you growing as a business to where you have to make your grows cost efficient. And I assume you are growing as a business. And I can't see by the way you are growing, that it is very cost efficient. I can't see your yield per s/ft. Justifies your cost per s/ft. You talk about lolly popping. And having to much lumber. But you are doing it. Which adds to your cost. And then you say cut your veg time down a week. But you are vegging. Which adds to your cost. And then for super cropping, knuckle as you called it. In my opinion I would never do it in flower and I've never seen anyone do it in flower. But I guess if it recovers. I just think it's to much stress at that stage. Now for plant count per s/ft. Like I said what works for you is what matters most. Well I've been growing in the SOG for over 15 years. I grow 46 plants in a 3'x3' area. Under 1 light. I clone everything I grow. Right out of the cloner. The plants are put into 12/12. NO veg time. Which cuts my cost dramatically. My clones are about 6" tall when I put them in 12/12. Actually what I do is I use the first 2 week stretch in 12/12 as my veg time. And within that 2 weeks my plants get two and half to three and half feet tall. As tall as yours, with no added cost. I concentrate and direct as much energy I can to the main top of every plant. And they get HUGE. Like forearm arm length huge. And I'm getting 46 of them in a 3x3 area. To where you might get 2. Tell me who is yielding more per s/ft. I'm going to ask you all to watch a video. Then ask yourself which method is better. But it doesn't mean that that method is right for you. Because it all comes down to what works for you. Check out Small plants, big buds/www. limbo-co. Com Another very interesting thing in this video is check out what they are growing in. Anyway just something to think about. Later

10x4 area two rooms 16 plants 4 tops , clones , symetric strains what nobody tell you is different between new genes and old genes . Old like topped without any stack , new genetics hate everything is like from cup to pot clean plant ( defoliate , schwazzing ) and that's all just feed. What I don't like on today's market is somebody made pheno hunt then give names from head then we have in market trash copy genes . Grow is just grow to time if this is not head income of money is relax and HOBY and need have this look because in big facility they don't care they do just many plants and choice health to production. Feeding chart , irigation , HVAC , for home growers very impossible if y re beginer . Mate here forgot say how much cost this room ,and honestly if I build this room I m not beginer . This is what I mean is nice to share info's but on what . On nothing basically all do what know best. All want grow hard colas , okey but nobody nowhere tell you is very soft border damage or supply buds. And what is biggest mistake is try copy jungle boys like half of market do .
