Today we're going over band resisted speed bench. In this tutorial Jake goes over how to set up the bands, what your bar path should look like, why band training is so effective (especially for speed bench), then he goes over four variations we use in the Fitness Culture App.
Banded Speed Bench Variations:
(4:19) Controlled Eccentric Reps with Pause
(5:13) 1/4 Ballistic Rep
(6:07) Ballistic Single Rep from Full ROM
(6:38) 3 Reps for Time
