I would care my friend. Shoving speakers into your ears with no health and safety standards that the maker had to abide by and follow could be hazardous to your hearing health over time. Apple has strict quality control protocols which must be met when manufacturing their products. There are levels of distortion in sound that your ears can’t detect. I wouldn’t trust it. 🙏
