I put to cup holsters under my laptop to hold it up at an angle and then I have a box fan blowing cool air in my direction. Laptop never gets to hot w this method

I'm watching this on my early 2011 13-inch MacBook Pro with a Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM. It's still a reliable machine in 2024. I do wish Apple had retained some of their early design elements, especially regarding hardware.

No DVD player, so I can't watch my DVD movie collection on it. Shame. I'll have to go for an older HP ProBook, I think.

I've a 2020 M1 MacBook Pro 13 inch that I bought at Costco back then. It was selling at a discount price in the month of December. It was a bit cheaper than the M1 Pro and M1 Max for such an awesome price. I've been using this computer since freshmen year in school and now for senior year. It sure holds up pretty well. I even tested the current software Mac OS Sonoma and suprisenly it still runs pretty smooth for a 4 year old device. I use it for work school work and gaming mostly. Mac OS Sequoia will be coming out in a couple months. I heard that Mac OS Sequoia has alot of cool features and one of them is Apple intelligence. With that being said, I overall enjoyed using my 2020 M1 MacBook Pro 13 inch. Its still a beast of a machine.
