Hi Dalia! :) When we turning with a partner ( I am follower)on 5,6,7, when we get back to facing our partner do we hold for 8 or do we proceed back in to basic if we are moving at a quicker pace? I hope this makes sense! Thank you!

Hi Chereen, yes always hold on 8 (if dancing on 1 and/or LA style). Sometimes, like you mentioned, when the music is faster, it can feel like we’re a little delayed…and you might try to compensate by stepping right into the basic…just make sure that you’re stepping back on 1 and not 8.
