In this video Owner and Coach, Tristan Mitchell talks about how the squat translates to running. Our main focus is creating a strong and stable foot and hip position so we can generate rotation through the hips with feet straight.
When we run, we never want to land with our foot turned in or out. We want our foot straight while maintaining a strong hip.
If you're a runner, be sure to incorporate pause squats in your training.
