I was a fat kid until my 2nd year of uni, that was the time when lockdown kicked in and I decided to get into shape, and through hard work and consistency I got into decent shape. Last year when uni reopened all of my classmates were shocked to see me some of them even complimented Bro you look much better now, some of them even asked for my advice on how to get into shape... I was getting much more attention from girls than I ever thought I would be able to... Everything was going good... then in my final year, I got to Crack a national-level exam so that I could land the best government job... All of the long sitting hours, solving one paper after another, attempting a lot of mock tests... somewhere in between all these I neglected my body and again got in somewhere between my before-lockdown body and my post-lockdown body. I Cracked the exam with good rank but my body suffered. Now I am again back into the workout and doing it consistently almost every day. I badly wish to get a more chiseled look than I got before. Thanks for reading this far.

At 40 years old, I stand tall at 6'1" with a fit physique, a tanned complexion, captivating colored eyes, and a chiseled chin. I haven't always been this way, but as my friend points out, the amount of attention I receive these days is simply incredible. It's rare to witness someone in such great shape, and it seems to draw people towards me like a magnet. I have my father to thank for teaching me valuable life skills, such as the art of walking with grace and avoiding dragging my feet, appropriate eating manners, and maintaining good posture. These may have seemed trivial at the time, but as I've grown older, I've come to appreciate their impact. I don't even have to dress up, and women inevitably take notice. I can't help but wonder how much more attention I'd receive if I were to improve my style. Regardless, I am grateful for the attention I receive and the confidence my father instilled in me. These small but significant details may seem insignificant, but they've undoubtedly contributed to my overall appeal.

You simply cannot get the most of the male experience without physical activity or being physically strong even moderately. At the very least as a base line if life isn't feeling like it should be and you aren't doing anything physical or working out start that up first then examine yourself. This isn't just how you look. It effects how your brain works. When everything is easier in life because you're physically stronger life is easier. Then the way all people behave with you roots how you experience humanity, life, everything. We talk about superficiality but we're talking about health. We're talking about what looking good implies and what it says. It dictates how people assume you'll perform in a huge array of situations. You're able to fuck better, fight better, everything's lighter, your vibes better, you carry yourself better, your view of humanity is better, everything.

Another thing that I notice a lot girls likes is your personality, like, how you treat ppl around you. Be friendly, but not too friendly, and have your own respect towards yourselve first before others and only talk when you have to (cuz sometimes they think you're annoying guy and your mind is not mature enough when you speak a lot and randomly). It might sounds selfish, but girls do like that "Alpha-male" vibe from men, trust me.
