My problem when I drink lots of water, I pee a lot and it is so annoying. Edit: I found the solution: Be more physically active if you drink much water; but, during your exercise and try not to drink lots of water every sets (Most of the water you have drank would probably be converted to sweat). Eating much sweets, spicy and carbs also triggers you to pee frequently after hours, you may also compensate it by working out, but I do not know if it works for spicy foods.

Fun fact for you guys who are trying to better yourselves with these different things: Getting sunlight is especially important, if you live in a location where the sun is out mostly only in spring and summer, cause your eyes take the most vitamin D3 from sunlight besides your skin. So I advise you to wear sunglasses as rarely as possible, especially at the times, when you're going out wearing clothes (not being at the beach etc.). And washing your hair with water when needed and using shampoo only max 2 times a week will also give you the chance to not use hair products so much and often as they don't fly around that much when slightly covered with your natural oils (hairs have more mass due to the oil)

Hello. I really like your video and recommendations and I started following you. I’ve been in the aesthetic industry for 6 years and medical field for 20 years. There is one recommendation I do not agree with and that is sun exposure. While I agree with you that the short term effects of the sun make you look better, long term effects will actually age you significantly and not to mention will significantly increase your risk of skin cancer. I see patients every day who come in with concerns of aging mostly due to sun exposure and spend significant amounts of time educating patients on the risks of the sun and importance of wearing sunscreen and limiting sun exposure. Just food for thought. I look forward to watching more of your videos. 😊

If im being honest when we are kids we tend not to care about beauty even tho it is the MAIN REASON for bully worldwide. Instead of fixing it we get anxious and never socialize enough to not care about what others say or learn how to fix it. In other words, if i cared about my body (exercise alone if they dont want you with them), my hair and skin (they would talk bad about you if they knew you care about your hair and skin if youre male), or even spent time learning how to posture to pics or look confident, it could have fixed many trauma a lot earlier. Not the correct way, but it should help to boost my confidence, which was zero. Years of a persons life xan easily be destroyed for either worrying too much about looks or not worrying enough.

Great video! If I may add something; I'm 67 years old, always been very active and into hard workouts, but age doesn't let you get away with a lot of stuff youth does. My daughter came to me concerned about my sodium intake. I'd never thought about it really, even though everybody talks about it, and I started paying attention to how much sodium there is in what I eat. (I had always considered myself a moderately healthy eater). So I cut way back. In just a few days (I go through three 1.75 liters ofwater a day) she was shocked by the amount of bloat that went out of my face and neck. Also, I was in a state of anxiety; my knees were killing me, and I could hardly walk up and down stairs. I was talking to an doctor about a knee replacement; in two weeks, pain was gone, I was running up and down stairs, and gained a lot of flexibility I had lost. Sodium intake really is a big deal.

Yes. Great job! Also: Increasing potassium in the body also helps flush out excess sodium. When using salt, better to use sea salt than standard table salt. Actually has less sodium and more good trace minerals.

@taamcyat
@taamcyat Жыл бұрын
Great. You can use the sides of the toothbrush bristles to brush the lips for a more gentle experience. Apply petroleum jelly after brushing. Its equally important to reduce salt and sugar as it is to drink enough water to reduce the puff and softness of the face. Puff and softness makes you look boring :/ Facial and neck exercises also help. Toned facial muscles helps to accentuate your expressions at least. Hunter eyes are just deep-set eyes - Predator eyes. Bugged/bulgy eyed creatures are seen as preys and are less attractive. Maybe frowning/forehead exercises will develop the eyebrow ridge muscles that can give you more masculine deeper-set eyes? Any facial exercise is better(i find) when you do them looking up at the sky. Cold or ice on the face after hot day/workouts/grilling/partying do help with face tightening and better appearance also. Do not wash your hair with soap or s-poo for as long as possible - just use your 10 fingernails to gently scrub your scalp in the shower. Take the extra time to massage the contours of the face when washing(2x daily). Fast a least one day per week. Eat less meals. The body doesn't need that much food if you are not living a very active lifestyle. 1.5 meal/pday is good enough for a modern human. Evaluate your relationship with Hunger and see how much you are a slave to it. Turn it around. Slowly decrease the amount of carbs in your diet and increase the protein. Food intelligence and nutrients absorption knowledge will go a long way far beyond lookmaxing. I avoid dinner, or when i do dinner, i only eat veges. The sun is not really your friend. It ages you. Get indirect sunlight instead. At least for your face. If you are working on any bad habits, do not go cold-turkey on them. Go gradually less at your own pace. The same applies to good habit forming; gradual works. Enjoy the process

A good recipe for a shampoo without chemicals is: Rye Flour (It needs to be Rye Flour or its sticky) Lemon Juice Apple Cider Vinegar Water For 100ml: Mix the Rye Flour with the water until you have a consistency like shampoo and then add 1 spoon of the vinegar and lemon juice. The flour gives you the consistency of shampoo the lemon juice makes your hair soft and the vinegar kills all bad stuff in your hair.

1 way to be more attractive, to YOU, to have the personality, culture and self steem of not giving a flying fuck about trends or what strangers may think about you on Instagram, Facebook or here, growing a thicker skin and bigger middle fingers for rapid fire, while you care about what matters, the ones that have shown you their love and respect, being open to increase that list and explaining mercilessly where they can stick it to the ones who openly and blatantly from minute one have proven that they are not going to make it into the list.

@@Blox117 Yes it does because at the end of the day YOU is the only thing you really have and since "beauty" is not only subjective but just something temporary, something that Time will cure eventually, maybe is just a good idea to paint also the insides of your home too, not just the facade. Furthermore, if you are ugly and creepy etc you have a bit more reasons to think that the people who respect you and are kind etc, people whom you can call friends they aren there for whom you are and not just for a pretty golden patina that will slowly fade mercilessly it the jaws of the clock. You can be the most pretty thing ever in the history of humanity but if you only have that your so called "friends" and "loves" will fade as your beauty fades, and you'll meet a new friend, loneliness.

I always knew that biting the inside cheek is a thing, lol. But applying a braces in your teeth at some point in your lifetime works too. And the result is remarkable. The teeth being pulled inside will create a contour in your cheeks, then maintain it with a retainer. I have proof with my own face. It's more than just about the body weight/fat.

I have started mewing although in the wrong way (I only used to stick the tip of my tongue to the roof) since I was 22 and noticed noticeable improvement. Now as I am 24 and very recently discovered the correct way to do this I'm tad bit worried that after 25 the improvement will stop

Do not bite your cheeks for 2 reasons: 1. Your inner teeth gonna go inside too much 2. The more you use your cheeks muscle they gonna grow so you’ll get the opposite of hollow cheeks - buffed face

Exercise, drink water, sleep and eat well, be clean(smell nice) but the most attractive quality is confidence and self love (You need to do the first 5 for that). Sucking cheeks and tongues is probably for the pro leagues of modelling not real life and you don't have to do that

Absolutely LOVE your videos! I'm a 59 yr old female, and have found that as I have gotten older, the men in my age bracket i.e. 52-62, seem to have not only given up on keeping up their appearance, but have joined the horrible trends of things like, growing a Santa Beard (the absolute worst) or wearing outdated clothing looks..ie..a guy with a belly who is still wearing pants with a tucked in shirt and belt, pronouncing their bellies or older men wearing biker attire...just dirty looking. Love your energy, your presentations, and your simple tricks for men...It would be great to have you expand your demographics, somehow ( Perhaps through new advertising, designed to reach out to older men...) What are your thoughts? I know you are a relatively young guy, but why do men seem to give up or just become unaware of their appearance as they age? Years ago, when I was a comic, I would take my fellow comedians out to a thriftstore or mall and help them find much more attractive clothing...get their haircuts, etc...How do we bring them back into the fold, so to speak? LOL

@Yowai Mo defeatist mindset. If we were humans 70000 years qgo genetics would be the determining factor. Today we can build an aesthetic physique, dress well, improve our social skills and flirting, make a skincare routine, etc. Genetics in today’s world are merely a starting point, some people are more blessed than other but, for example, the vast majority of people with _bad_ genetics for bodybuilding can build an awesome physique with enough time and hard work. This article provides 12 free ways to enhance one's attractiveness. Firstly, the author suggests drinking enough water to reduce body bloating and puffiness, which can make your body appear more defined. Secondly, the author shares some techniques frequently used by models, such as gently biting the inside of your cheeks to highlight your cheekbones. Additionally, the author emphasizes the importance of proper posture as a key factor in one's physical attractiveness, recommending keeping a straight posture with the head held high and shoulders back. Because they don't work, it's all a huge scam. Best way is to go to a professional that will actually make sure you whiten your teeth not some bs 50$ kit that literally does nothing. Not a coincidence a lot of these tiktok influencers who have veneers promote these kits that they themselves dont actually use.
