So far 2024 has been awful. It’s currently in my top 3 worst years :( This video has helped me realize I’m not doomed for the rest of the year though. I need to take control of what I can and let go of the bad that has already happened. Praying for better days moving forward.

Such a great video. I am currently in week 7 and had two major setbacks in week 4 and 6. In week 4 I wanted to give up, start over, etc. But thankfully I didn't. When the next setback hit, I got back on track more quickly and now I have only 5 weeks left and I feel so proud because I do now believe that I can finish my 12 week year!
