I really enjoyed this segment covering Brad's gym business. If he hadn't gone ahead and opened anyway who knows what could've turned out for him? Thank you for the helpful tips and sharing his story!

Hi my name is Málua and I live in Portugal. I want to open my own gym, nothing special just a gym with equipment where ppl can workout on their own and also have some group training. I want to start small and do a pay as you go instead of a contract. Thanks for the tips you provided.

Any thoughts on opening a small fitness center with 3 tread mills a free weight set next to a laundry mat? I walked 1.5 miles while I did my small land of laundry...

This is a similar model to what I hope to bring to my city. Looking for the right location now, trying to be careful I don’t Vite off more than I can chew but if I make 60k/ month things look a little different.
