Bro, I am from London, i have been in the Philippines since 2018/19 running a recruitment company. If you need information let me know. Recruiting from Philippines is not exactly how you explained. To recruit from Philippines you must contract a licensed recruitment agency by submitting documents to the Philippines embassy in the UK, than the Job order must be approved from the Department of migrant workers. Filipinos cannot leave the country unless the recruitment agency issues Overseas employment certificates issued from DMW.

@@glenglendz4787 1-focus on winning Job orders, UK is not as profitable as having a DMW license in the Philippines. if you think of recruiting from the Philippines to the UK, you can't charge a placement fee, even if it allows you to as per DMW rules, but there is a separate agreement between the UK and Ph to prevent charging placement fees. and as per DMW rules, you can't charge fees if the host country doesn't allow it, check article 50 - 55. 2- you need to be a UK resident, and if you are not there is no need a UK company. the local agency SEC reg is enough to do business anywhere. plus no tax if you receive remittance in us dollars in PH. 3- getting candidates from the Philippines to commit and pay the expenses is hard, slow, and will make clients run away from recruiting in the Philippines, in addition, is all the ball shit and delay from DMW, even if you pay under the table. no employer will wait 6 months for a candidate.
