Starting an LLC is the easy part. what I need to know is how and where you got the skills check list. What insurances are required for the business, and who do you contact to market your company? the hospitals HR dept? The department’s manager? I was considering becoming an agent before I opened my business just to get the in and outs of the business

You are my HERO! You gave me a great start for an Independent Clinician Owned Staffing Agency. I didn't even know this was an option. Thank you so much for putting this video out there. I am a Dialysis Nurse, MSN, RN, MBA and I paused this video to get an EIN and register for an LLC. This video was on time and a blessing... even 2 years later! My mother as been an RN for 35 years. I will be negotiating contracts for us both. Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU!

What is salary in travel nurse?
@basiroma89493 жыл бұрын
@@user-xz7kr7vb7f It depends on how far away from your "Tax Home" or primary place of residence. Alot of travel agencies will reel you in with free tax money or weekly stipend and if you choose to find your own place to stay or let them place you in a hotel or apartment. I found it better to find my own place to live and my weekly take home as an LPN was near $1300. It all depends on the state and how big the demand is in that area.

Great video. My question and I'll research it if no one responds. If you get paid $79/hr from hospital. But you make yourself a contract and pay yourself accordingly to how you would previously had been paid. That would leave $1000 extra a week. Do you keep that money in your business account and just use it for expenses and such? What software do you use to make sure you're paying appropriate taxes and workers comp? And any other tips or tricks I'm not thinking about....

Hospitals administrators can be very conniving, not provide proper PPE, and keeping hazard pay for the hospitals. It drives me crazy, these kids go into nursing school and all they want to do is to go work in the hospital like is the only thing we do. These days, if you don't know, you probably learned working at a hospital is not the best idea.

@alsdjfknbo3 жыл бұрын
No because you need at least 1 to 2years experience. As a traveler you're expected to know pretty much everything already or i would enough to deal with the situation. As a new grad you dont know much. Skills, critical thinking, time management, etc. If you make a mistake it could end up costing you your license. I'm now at that two year Mark flr experiece and its literally day and night with the amount of knowledge ive gaines. Ive done Tele/ Med surg, step down, and ICU. Every floor requires a different skill set and sometimes these skills over lap. So no I would not try this as a new grad
