Even though it's easy for you to get in touch with models to recrcuit, it's certainly not the case at first when you start a new agency that nobody knows about. So will you include a clear process to recruit the first model ? Thank you for your time !

I think you’re overestimating the difficulty. I didn’t start off with girls coming to me, I had to find them myself - so I know how it’s done.

@@NathAston Oh sorry I didn't want to appear disrespectful. To be honnest, someone who is ine the course explained me the process you teach to recruit yout first model (through a certain sugar daddy dating app), and it seems really hard for me as a 25 yo who can"t fake a rich appealing profile to attract the girls. So I guess there is also other ways to attract models succesfully : maybe by creating an agency website and getting the girls visiting it through insta dm or tinder I don't know.

One thing I don't understand: if you are making that much money with OF why are you selling a course that makes you way less money and creates competition for your biggest stream of income? Not to mention the big effort to create/maintain/promote a course. Usually this is a signal that the market is getting saturated 🤔

Being honest, I've been asking myself the same question recently. My background and experience is in Marketing and growing startups. I knew OnlyFans would be the new gold rush, my original idea was to sell the shovels. By creating a course I would literally be educating people to become my customers because I knew I can provide them marketing services on Tinder, Instagram, Chat Management etc. However, I've now realised the instability of delivering black hat services makes it quite hard to build a business on top of, it's possible but just annoying as I don't have full control over the service delivery (Tinder or any of these platforms can ban/shadow-ban at anytime which causes delays). Given that my face (reputation) is also tied to the service delivery side as well I've come to realise it's a very bad idea to tie your reputation to a service you haven't got full control over. However, my OnlyFans models remain to be the highest earners for me by miles, with the course coming in 2nd and the outsourced marketing coming in third place. The course isn't that time intensive, I do also like helping people. When somebody sends you a DM saying they're making $15k/month now, or they can quit there job that's quite a nice feeling. I wouldn't say the market is saturated, I think the market is saturated with courses. Mostly by people who failed to setup agencies but then move into selling a course. In terms of high-level professional agencies, there's only a handful. My plan for the next 12 months is to distance myself from running marketing services, keep running the course but go extremely deep into scaling my OnlyFans agency. Have recently secured investment and looking into setting up a content house and scaling our operations to allow us to manage more girls.

Just to add to this, I genuinely believe OnlyFans to be the #1 cash flow opportunity available currently. I don't know of any other business that offers this type of earning potential and extreme profit margin that has zero barrier to entry, no requirement of stock, subscription based income and can be run from anywhere with minimal manpower.
