Everyone says touching the eggs prevent them from hatching..that might be the case (yet to see a conclusive proof). However, it'll be interesting to actually go deeper and ask why this is so...do we transfer some sort of pathogen to the eggs that disrupt them in some way...hmm

Cocoyam leaves and plantain rotting stems are very good for them and also plant some cocoyam so they can hide under the shade

I have watched a few videos on snail farming and in all the other video's, they have stated that it is not a good idea to be touching the snails with our bare-hand or even breathe onto the snails but we should be wearing gloves and masks, but in your video it is not mentioned. Your snail farm is not protected against ants, and other predators like snakes, rats, etc. You need to secure it with trenches around the farm.
