Don't repeat the video title in the thumbnail, instead add something extra, create intrigue. Reduce the countdown timer to 10 or even 5 seconds, people can always pause if they want. Good luck!

1. On your home tab add a trailer that explains what your channels about. 2. Agree, with other commenters, don't repeat words in thumbnail in title. 3. I'd also make more videos, maybe try to repurpose your long form into shorts. for example, your absurb facts video could be 9 shorts ! Keep going !

Hey! Sorry i probably could have been clearer with this. i'd make 20 videos, upload them to youtube, then on your schedule make them live, so everyday, or once a week. But do on a schedule. that help ? Thanks Mike

@ so you’re saying to upload by schedule right? Let say I upload now but I schedule it to go live in 24 hours ?

@@Theodros95 you could use schedule to make more automated or you can just log in and change from private to public manually. Regardless, i would suggest getting a backlog of videos created, then make them public on a set schedule, every Tuesday for example(whatever schedule u can come up with). i hope this makes sense... if not let me know. Maybe i can try with a short video
